Participation terms
Submitting an application does not automatically reserve a place. Participation is confirmed personally after the group and the needs of the programme have been reviewed. The exact dates, payment schedule, cancellation rules and included services are provided before payment.
Participants agree to respect safety instructions, personal boundaries, confidentiality and the right of every person to opt out. JIV may end participation in cases of aggression, harassment, intoxication, dangerous conduct or deliberate violation of consent.
Retreats are educational and experiential programmes, not medical or psychological treatment. Participants must disclose relevant health conditions and are responsible for prescribed medication and travel insurance.
